We trust you are likely to love what you ordered! But we have made the refund or exchange process fairly straightforward in case you are not 100% satisfied.
Our primary goal is to satisfy our customers, which is why we process refunds on a case-by-case basis. We guarantee the quality of our clothing and strive to treat our customers honestly and decently. We have long believed that when we treat our customers honestly, they are in turn honest with us.
Return & Exchange Conditions
If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong apparel, please contact ENERGETIC WEARS Customer Service for help as soon as possible. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return and/or exchange.
- Exchanging one piece of apparel for another one only.
- Return Requirements for Returnable Items: Dresses, suits, and other apparel: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached.
Refund method
Your request will be processed within 5 days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment account. If a refund is issued to a bank account, the refund period could be increased due to the bank’s terms on processing payments; contact your bank for details.
Note
- Refunds will only be initiated for apparel; other fees like insurance, shipping fees, and COD service charges are non-refundable.
- We consider an item defective if it meets one of the following conditions: apparel with the wrong article, color, style, quality, or size. Differences in layout and design elements won’t be considered an indicator of non-quality apparel.
- The returning item is not included in the list of non-refundable apparel items (bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, beachwear, and undergarments).
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
